Certains des ravisseurs d’Hervé Gourdel, otage français supplicié, ont été identifiés a annoncé mardi le Ministre algérien de la Justice Tayeb Louh: «Les premiers éléments de l’enquête ont permis d’identifier certains des membres du groupe terroriste auteurs de ce crime», a-t-il déclaré à la télévision publique sans préciser toutefois le noms et qualités des ravisseurs
L’enquête sur l’assassinat d’Hervé Gourdel a été confiée dimanche à un juge d’un tribunal d’Alger spécialisé dans les affaires de terrorisme et du crime organisé, a précisé Tayeb Louh.
Le parquet a requis des mandats d’arrêt à l’encontre des ravisseurs identifiés et une commission rogatoire pour «déterminer le lieu d’où a été postée la vidéo (de l’exécution) sur la toile», a précisé le ministre. « Une commission rogatoire a été ordonnée pour identifier les autres membres de l’enlèvement et de l’assassinat du touriste français », a-t-il ajouté.
Quelques minutes auparavant, l’Armée du « Califat en Algérie » a diffusé une vidéo où l’on voit le groupe prêter allégeance, de façon collective, aux combattants de l’Etat islamique. La plupart d’entre eux se présentent à visage découvert.
