La chaîne de réinformation TV Libertés a annoncé hier que YouTube avait fermé, le 14 juin dernier, son compte pour une « supposée atteinte au droits d’auteur ».
«La chaîne a été supprimée après trois avertissements pour atteinte aux droits d’auteur», a laconiquement expliqué à l’AFP un représentant de YouTube.
Martial Bild, le directeur de la rédaction, a expliqué lors du journal du 15 juin, que cette décision était « politique » et « arbitraire ». Il n’a pas hésité à parler de « censure » en expliquant qu’en réalité « nous avions utilisé le droit à l’emploi de courtes citations, prévu dans le droit français et donc inattaquable ».
Comme riposte à cette suspension, TV Libertés annonce que désormais il n’y aura pas « une chaîne mais… trois ».
« Ils nous ont supprimé une chaîne… TV Libertés en aura trois. »
