Encore une profanation antichrétienne commise en France dans l’indifférence des autorités nationales et des médias du système. Dans la nuit de dimanche à lundi, l’église saint Vincent-de-Paul du quartier Ozanam a été la cible d’un incendie d’origine criminelle. Des objets liturgiques ont également été détruits. Le feu a notamment endommagé le chœur et la sacristie.
«On s’indigne toujours avec force et détermination lorsque l’on touche à une synagogue ou à une mosquée», a rappelé le député-maire Jean-Claude Pérez qui a condamné «l’acte scandaleux et intolérable» dont la chapelle saint Vincent-de-Paul a été la cible dans la nuit de dimanche à lundi, ajoutant «Je trouverais scandaleux que l’on banalise un tel acte lorsqu’une église est touchée».
Il ne fait aucun doute que le feu a été mis de façon délibérée. En effet, la porte principale du petit édifice, construit à la fin des années 50, a été forcée à au moins quatre endroits. C’est vers 3 heures du matin dans la nuit de dimanche à lundi, qu’un riverain, sentant une forte odeur de brûlé, a alerté les secours.
La structure en béton du bâtiment a limité l’embrasement de la chapelle.
Installée dans un quartier «sensible», selon l’expression cosmétique visant à ne pas parler des effets du multiculturalisme, l’église saint Vincent-de-Paul n’aurait jamais fait, selon le père Didier Escouperié, l’objet de menaces particulières.
