Suède – Le gouvernement a présenté sa nouvelle campagne d’information sexuelle à destination des « migrants » de 13 à 20 ans. Un budget de 5 millions de couronnes suédoises (environ un demi-million d’euros) est prévu pour cette éducation sexuelle des immigrés extra-européenns. Cela passe notamment par le site Web Youmo, disponible en plusieurs langues, dont l’arabe, somalien et dari.
Le but officiel du site Youmo est d’enseigner aux immigrés “la santé, la sexualité et l’égalité des sexes”. Les informations sur le sexe sont illustrée, entre autres, par des dessins d’hommes étrangers arabes ou noirs avec des femmes suédoises blondes.
Sous l’onglet “Etre amoureux”, illustré par la photo d’une jeune blonde embrassant un homme à la peau foncée, on peut lire qu’“Être amoureux est généralement un sentiment agréable. Certaines personnes ont été amoureuses de nombreuses fois, d’autres n’ont jamais été amoureuses.”
Le ministère de la Jeunesse et des Affaires civiles (MUCF) est chargé de poursuivre ces efforts d’éducation en collaboration avec le réseau en ligne d’accueil des jeunes UMO.
“La mission comprend l’expansion de l’information sur Youmo, l’expansion des efforts d’amélioration des compétences pour les professionnels qui rencontrent de jeunes nouveaux arrivants, ainsi que la formation professionnelle sur le long terme pour les professionnels par le développement de l’éducation sur le Web”, déclare le communiqué gouvernemental.
