L’affront suprême pour Manuel Valls est arrivé à l’instant.
Aujourd‘hui, à 14h20, le tribunal administratif de Nantes a annulé l’arrêté pris par le préfet pour interdire le spectacle de l’humoriste Dieudonné.
Le tribunal administratif de Nantes a approuvé le recours en référé déposé par l’avocat de l’humoriste contre un arrêté d’interdiction pris mardi par le préfet de Loire-Atlantique.
L’annulation de l’arrêté du préfet de la Loire-Atlantique a pour effet de permettre la représentation du spectacle de Dieudonné ce soir à Nantes pour lequel 5.730 places étaient vendues ce matin. Nul doute que les dernières places vont s’arracher.
Selon le juge, « le spectacle ‘Le Mur’ prévu à Nantes, qui apparaît comme la reprise, dans le cadre d’une tournée, du même spectacle présenté depuis plusieurs mois sur une scène parisienne, n’a pas donné lieu, au cours de cette période, à des troubles à l’ordre public ».
Interrogé par BFMTV sur les mesures de sécurité prises pour encadrer le spectacle de Dieudonné au Zenith de Nantes ce soir, le maire PS de Saint-Herblain où se situe la salle de spectacles a déclaré « qu’il est difficile d’anticiper sur ce qui va se passer ce soir au Zénith. Il n’y a aucune raison pour que l’enthousiasme des uns sorte des limites de la salle. ».

Manuel Valls a saisi le Conseil d’Etat en extrême urgence. Le Conseil d’Etat se réunit à 17h pour statuer sur l’appel de Manuel Valls.
