Le gouverneur de l’État américain de Californie a signé un projet de loi qui permet aux enfants d’avoir légalement plus de deux parents.
Le projet de loi du sénateur Mark Leno est avancé au nom des « recompositions familiales » de la société moderne et profite en particulier aux « familles LGBT » où plus de deux adultes sont responsables d’un enfant.
Le lobby homosexuel a toujours voulu obtenir la reconnaissance d’une « parenté » élastique. En France, Caroline Mécary, avocate du lobby homosexuel, avait affirmé que « la présomption de paternité, liée à la biologie, pourrait être remplacée par la présomption de parenté ». Compte-tenu de la durée de vie moyenne d’un « mariage » homosexuel ( un an et demi selon une étude des Pays-Bas), « la parenté déconnectée de la biologie et fondée sur l’investissement affectif peut concerner un nombre de « parents » quasi illimité », avait déjà expliqué Aude Mirkovic, maître de conférence en droit privé.
Demain, sur base de telles folies, des enfants auront officiellement un nombre infini de « papas » et « mamans » au plus grand mépris du réel.
