A partir du 10 avril, les autorités turques vont changer les règles pour obtenir un visa. Au lieu d’une obtention automatique, il faudra avoir un E-visa, un visa électronique. En pratique, il faudra s’inscrire sur un site web du ministère turc des Affaires étrangères. L’internaute fait une demande, paie la taxe et télécharge ensuite le document officiel, en moins de 10 minutes. Pour cela, il faut faire une demande et posséder une carte d’identité ou un passeport valable. Cela permettrait ainsi aux autorités turques de les ficher et d’éventuellement agir tout en informant la Belgique. En plus des renseignements belges, une task force sur la Syrie est toujours en place au ministère de l’Intérieur afin de suivre le déplacement des quelque 200 Belges sur le front, d’après les autorités. Ce nouveau dispositif inquiète les filières de recrutement pour le djihad en Syrie, qui accélèrent le mouvement.
