Linz (OTS) – Suite à une information parue ce 18 novembre sur le site du journal en ligne Wochenblick, le Vicariat général du diocèse de Linz a réagi rapidement aux «dérapages» d’un de ses prêtres. Ernst Ellinger aurait, à maintes reprises, tenu des propos très désobligeants à l’égard de membres du FPÖ au cours d’un sermon prononcé dans la basilique Saint-Michel de Mondsee.
Le diocèse de Linz vient donc d’annoncer que Ellinger a été immédiatement révoqué, rappelé à Salzbourg et ne pourra plus exercer une quelconque fonction de représentation. En outre, il devra répondre de ses actes devant la justice, car une plainte a déjà été déposée pour incitation à la haine.
Ellinger parla entre autres dans son homélie de «nid de bleus[1]», de «pharisiens libéraux» et dissuada les fidèles de voter pour Norbert Hofer, candidat à la présidence. Selon un témoin oculaire, il aurait dit en substance: «Et quant au fondateur des Bleus, qui s’est tué dans un accident avec de voiture[2], le Haider, ce n’est pas une grande perte. Cela a épargné à l’Autriche bien des problèmes.» Ellinger avait prêché en tant que représentant du Dr Ernst Wageneder, le curé de Saint-Michel. Selon le Wochenblick[3], de nombreux lecteurs ont exprimé leur mécontentement et ont demandé aux responsables de l’Eglise de plus amples informations sur cette affaire.
Conclusion : il n’y a que le combat qui paye. Bravo aux Autrichiens !
