Deux individus âgés chacun de 18 ans ont été placés en garde à vue à la suite d’une agression sur des policiers qui s’est déroulée jeudi, à Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), et dont vous n’avez probablement pas entendu parler.
Jeudi vers 18 heures, trois policiers locaux ont voulu procéder au contrôle d’identité de l’un des deux individus «dans un secteur susceptible d’être un point de deal» dans la Cité des 3.000, où a éclaté en février l’«affaire Théo». L’individu «s’est rebellé, a pris la fuite», aidé par quatre autres « jeunes » présents sur place. L’un des policiers a reçu «un coup de poing» au visage.
Deux des trois agents sont alors partis à la poursuite de l’individu en fuite, laissant le troisième agent, une femme, surveiller le véhicule. Cette dernière a à son tour été prise à partie par une «trentaine de personnes» qui ont entouré son véhicule.
«Certains ont tenté de lui porter des coups» et deux armes (un LBD40 et un pistolet à impulsion électrique de type Taser) qui se trouvaient dans le véhicule ont été dérobées. «Un individu a tiré à une reprise avec le LBD40 contre le véhicule de police que la fonctionnaire avait pu regagner», raconte la police.
L’enquête a été confiée au commissariat d’Aulnay-sous-Bois. Les armes n’ont toujours pas été retrouvées.
