Russie- Un attentat a frappé le métro de Saint-Pétersbourg. Les médias russes parlent d’un ou deux explosions. Il s’agirait de bombes à fragmentation dont les nombreux éclats sont dévastateurs. Selon le premier bilan communiqué par les autorités russes, l’attentat aurait fait dix tués et une vingtaine de blessés.
« L’explosion a eu lieu dans l’un des wagons. Il y a des victimes », a indiqué une source au sein des forces de l’ordre à l’agence publique Ria Novosti. Trois stations ont été fermées, selon le service de presse du métro cité par l’agence Interfax.
