Royaume-Uni – Une explosion a eu lieu ce vendredi matin à la station de métro Parsons Green, à Londres. Plusieurs passagers sont blessés.
La police avait d’abord prudemment évoqué un « incident ». Elle considère dorénavant cette explosion comme un acte « terroriste ».
Cette explosion a eu lieu à l’heure de pointe, vers 8h20 dans une rame du métro qui venait de s’arrêter dans cette station du sud-ouest de la capitale britannique. A ce stade, on signale des passagers brûlés au visage.
Le communiqué de la police britannique évoque plusieurs personnes blessées. Neil Basu, l’un des responsables de l’anti-terrorisme, a conformé qu’il s’agit d’un acte « terroriste ».
Le gouvernement a convoqué une réunion d’urgence.
