Bien chers fidèles,
La loi naturelle nous le savons bien est bafouée de multiples façons dans nos pays qui refusent toute référence à Dieu. Euthanasie, contraception, avortement : autant de mots pour décrire des crimes effroyables. Et de plus en plus, on conteste aussi que la famille soit l’union indissoluble d’un homme et d’une femme pour avoir des enfants, comme Dieu l’a institué.
Tout ceci représente une catastrophe spirituelle, morale et humaine majeure. Ces crimes, ces conceptions iniques et inadmissibles de la famille attirent sur nos pays les malédictions divines.
Que peut faire un catholique devant ces fléaux ? Que doit-il faire ? Comme ces mauvaises lois et les crimes qu’elles favorisent ont une portée publique, il faut des actions publiques. Il s’agira essentiellement de prier, et de prier publiquement donc. Manifester sans prier n’a pas de valeur aux yeux de Dieu. La seule utilité, si l’on est nombreux, serait de montrer sa force et faire, sinon fléchir les dirigeants politiques, au moins réfléchir certains. Mais seule la prière aura une action réelle de réparation et d’intercession. Dans le combat pour la vie, on ne peut pas admettre d’actions qui ne feraient pas référence, directement ou indirectement, à Dieu que l’on offense grandement par ces lois iniques et ces crimes.
Je vous invite donc, avec Civitas-Belgique, à la Marche pour la famille qui aura lieu à Anvers dimanche 17 avril, et où sera récité le Rosaire ; ou à tout le moins de vous unir par la prière à cette prière publique de réparation et d’intercession.
