La situation devient de plus en plus explosive en Angleterre. Depuis 2013, à East London, des islamistes tentent de contrôler certains quartiers et ont établi des patrouilles de la charia (« Sharia patrols« ) qui voudraient pouvoir « trancher la main des voleurs et lapider les femmes adultères« . Comme à Berlin avec la « shariah polizei » (police de la charia), ces islamistes veulent imposer un code de conduite basé sur la loi islamique qu’on appelle la charia.
Depuis 2014, le mouvement Britain First a réagi en organisant des « Christian Patrols » (patrouilles chrétiennes) afin de ne pas céder de territoire aux islamistes.
Mais les risques d’affrontements deviennent de plus en plus évidents.
