L’image de la chancelière allemande Angela Merkel enlacée par une jeune femme apparaît dans une vidéo publicitaire faisant la promotion d’un nouveau magazine destiné aux femmes homosexuelles allemandes.
En réalité, il s’agit d’un sosie et le clip vidéo cherche à semer le trouble car la chancelière allemande est opposée au mariage entre personnes de même sexe.
Dans cette vidéo de promotion du magazine lesbien « Straight », le sosie très ressemblant de la chancelière apparaît à la fenêtre de son bureau, pendant que le son d’une radio annonce que 62 % de la population allemande est en faveur du mariage de même sexe. À l’écoute de cette nouvelle, le sosie d’Angela Merkel secoue la tête. Puis une jeune femme vêtue se rapproche de la chancelière et l’enlace amoureusement.
La méthode scandalise à juste titre. L’utilisation d’un sosie entraîne volontairement une confusion chez une partie des spectateurs.
Cette campagne publicitaire surgit alors que la chancelière à répété il y a quelques jours son hostilité à la dénaturation du mariage. « Pour moi, personnellement, le mariage est l’union d’un homme et une femme vivant ensemble », a-t-elle déclaré la semaine dernière lors d’une interview diffusée sur YouTube.
Il faut toutefois préciser que la chancelière allemande, comme beaucoup de « démocrates-chrétiens », ménage la chèvre et le chou. Angela Merkel avait en effet ajouté : « Voilà mon concept, mais je soutiens les partenariats civils ».
