• L’Allemagne vient de faire modifier certains documents officiels notamment les pièces d’identités devant justifier les mentions du sexe. Au Männlich masculin, Wieblich pour féminin a été ajouté Unbestimmt ou bien X en cas de sexe indéterminé.
• Le point de départ de cette décision est le prétexte de la venue au monde d’individus hermaphrodites, c’est-à-dire portant anatomiquement un mélange de sexe masculin et féminin. La cause la plus fréquente en est une anomalie des glandes surrénales entraînant un désordre endocrinien.
• J’ai eu à traiter un cas de ce genre après avoir accouché l’enfant d’un de mes amis. Situation dramatique à la naissance. Il fut décidé de donner au nouveau-né, le prénom intersexué de « Claude » en attendant la décision des chirurgiens de Lille. Cet enfant était génétiquement masculin avec des chromosomes XY déterminés par caryotype. Mais compte-tenu de l’état anatomique local il était difficile de modifier chirurgicalement le sexe vers la masculinité ; il fut décidé de l’orienter vers le sexe féminin tant anatomiquement par la chirurgie que par l’éducation et l’hormonothérapie. Ce fut une erreur. Claude après diverses interventions en effet était malheureuse car elle aurait voulu être un garçon ; ce qui correspondait effectivement à son sexe génétique. Il fallut alors changer son Etat civil et lui faire subir de complexes interventions chirurgicales.
• Les idées ont changé. Ce n’est plus le critère anatomique qui est déterminant. L’enfant devra déterminer plus tard lui-même le sexe vers lequel il s’orientera plus tard au moment ou après l’adolescence.
• Il lui faudra donc des papiers d’identités d’attente jusqu’à ce moment-là. D’où l’ajout d’une possibilité désormais indiquée sur les papiers officiels de Unbestimmt ou X car non-déterminé.

Or c’est exactement ce que veulent les tenants du gender. Il y a là une sorte de reconnaissance, d’encouragement et bien sûr une légalisation de l’intersexualité dans laquelle vont s’engouffrer un certain nombre d’homosexuels.

En réalité les cas d’hermaphrodisme sont rarissimes (1 cas sur 5.000 naissances) ; ce qui manifestement ne justifie pas une telle législation, sinon faire de cette mesure le cheval de Troie du Gender en Allemagne qui n’a pas reconnu le « mariage » homo.

Pour le cas de Claude, quand elle a voulu revenir à son sexe génétique, un simple coup de téléphone et un certificat envoyé au procureur ont permis de régulariser la situation. Inutile de faire une loi pour cela à l’échelle d’un pays.
