C’est Air Journal qui donne quelques détails du soutien – y compris financier – apporté par Air France au lobby LGBT :
Comme l’année dernière, la compagnie aérienne Air France accompagne l’association LGBT et gay-friendly de ses salariés, Personn’Ailes, à l’occasion de la Marche des Fiertés parisienne du samedi 30 juin.
Air France apporte un soutien financier à l’opération et met à profit les compétences de ses équipes pour la réalisation d’un support visuel dédié, composé d’un couple enlacé et du logo Air France. L’avatar des comptes Facebook et Twitter de la compagnie arborera également les couleurs de l’arc-en-ciel.
Au-delà de cette opération, à l’occasion de la Quinzaine des Fiertés (un événement annuel militant et festif offrant une visibilité LGBT et se clôturant par la Marche des Fiertés LGBT de Paris), Air France organise dans ses locaux une exposition photographique intitulée « les discriminations au panier, dans nos vies comme dans nos métiers », en écho au thème sportif retenu pour la Marche des Fiertés cette année. Elle met à l’honneur des salariés qui ont posé pour les photographes amateurs de l’association interne de photo, Photogr’AF. Cette exposition donne pour la première fois de la visibilité aux personnels LGBT grâce à dix portraits photos artistiques dans tous les métiers et toutes les catégories de personnel de la compagnie.
