Source : Lengadoc Info – Il semblerait que le parquet de Montpellier n’apprécie pas vraiment que des citoyens se défendent face aux très nombreuses agressions commises par des mineurs isolés étrangers en centre-ville. Un jeune homme de 19 ans vient d’en faire les frais et s’est retrouvé en cellule après s’être défendu alors qu’il était agressé par un jeune clandestin.
Il retourne l’arme de son agresseur contre lui et finit en garde à vue
Il est 23h ce dimanche dans la rue de Verdun, à quelques mètres de la place de la Comédie, lorsqu’un mineur isolé étranger menace les passants avec un couteau. Selon nos confrères de Métropolitain qui rapportent l’affaire, le jeune clandestin « déjà connu des services de police et du parquet braquait les piétons pour les dévaliser ».
Une attitude violente qui n’a visiblement pas impressionné un jeune homme âgé de 19 ans qui est parvenu à désarmer l’agresseur et à retourner son arme contre lui. Touché au niveau du cou, le clandestin a été transporté aux urgences de l’hôpital Lapeyronie avant de prendre la fuite.
Mais l’altercation, filmée par les caméras de surveillance de la ville, va avoir des conséquences inattendues. En effet, c’est finalement le jeune homme de 19 ans qui sera interpellé par la police puis placé en garde-à-vue… sur instruction du parquet faute de plainte du mineur étranger.
