Le docteur Kariger, ardent défenseur de la version euthanasique de la loi Léonetti, qui s’est fait connaître par un acharnement meurtrier particulièrement virulent contre Vincent Lambert, a démissionné de son poste de l’hôpital de Reims.
Avec deux tentatives successives – stoppées in extremis par la Justice – d’arrêt de l’alimentation de celui qu’il considérait comme « SON » patient, il a apporté la preuve :
1) de la nocivité de la loi Léonetti.
2) du conformisme d’une bonne partie du corps médical, qui loin de considérer la vie des malades comme sacrée, s’imagine, lorsqu’elle est amoindrie, qu’elle peut être soumise au bon vouloir consensuel des « soignants », et non remise à la Divine Providence.
Kariger s’orienterait vers la responsabilité d’une maison de retraite privée… J’espère que nous aurons bientôt l’adresse !
