Hier s’est éteint le célèbre romancier américain : Tom Clancy. Je n’ai jamais lu ses bouquins mais je garde un souvenir impérissable du film tiré de son roman : « A la poursuite d’Octobre Rouge ». C’est l’histoire d’un sous-marin russe dont les officiers veulent passer à l’Ouest mais l’équipage en ignore tout. Tandis que le sous-marin disparaît des radars russes, il s’approche des côtes américaines. Il a bientôt à ses trousses la flotte américaine et un sous-marin russe. En fait, le scénario nous tient toujours en haleine au fur et à mesure que des éléments apparaissent. On y trouve un excellent Sean Connery. Je me souviens aussi de Jeux de Guerre ou bien encore de Danger Immédiat avec Harrison Ford. Que de bons souvenirs ! Vous en avez sûrement aussi ! Ces films me laissent penser que ces thrillers méritent la réputation qu’on leur donne !
