Les faits sont établis. Adama Traoré, l’idole des communautaristes noirs et des professionnels de l’anti-racisme, était aussi un violeur homosexuel… L’ancien co-détenu d’Adama Traoré qui a porté plainte contre lui pour des viols a été indemnisé par la commission d’indemnisation des victimes d’infraction (Civi). Les éléments de l’enquête auxquels la Civi a eu accès ont permis de déterminer, le 12 mars dernier, que « la matérialité des infractions d’agressions sexuelles dénoncées doit être considérée comme établie ».
L’ancien co-détenu d’Adama Traoré à la prison d’Osny était contraint, plusieurs fois par jour, de lui pratiquer des fellations alors qu’Adama Traoré le menaçait avec une fourchette.
Mais le calvaire du co-détenu ne s’arrête pas là. En février 2017, l’un des frères d’Adama Traoré accompagné d’un de ses amis l’a passé à tabac, lui fracturant notamment le nez. Le procureur avait qualifié les faits de « véritable guet-apens » et de « sauvage agression », et avait condamné le frère Traoré à 18 mois de prison ferme.
Malgré cela, un policier filmé en train de qualifier Adama Traoré de «violeur» en marge d’une manifestation, doit comparaître le 2 septembre prochain devant le tribunal correctionnel de Bobigny pour diffamation et injure publique. On appelle cela la « justice »…
Quant à Assa Traoré, qui doit sentir le vent tourner, elle organise aujourd’hui une braderie des t-shirts du Comité Adama.
