Allemagne – Le journal Welt am Sonntag vient de publier un dossier accablant sur les gangs arabes qui défient nuit et jour la police à Berlin.
La police parle d’une douzaine de clans arabes et d’un total de plus de mille criminels mafieux concentrés dans le quartier de Neukölln, actifs dans le trafic de drogue, les vols, la prostitution et le blanchiment d’argent sale.
Les chefs de ces gangs ont donné la consigne de provoquer les policiers lors des contrôles d’identité et des interpellations puis de les filmer avec des téléphones portables. « C’est une tactique très observable pour essayer de discréditer les collègues », déclare le porte-parole de l’Union de la police (GdP) à Berlin. « Les criminels veulent montrer que l’Etat a perdu le contrôle de la situation. »
« C’est devenu un sport populaire », ajoute-t-il.
Plus personne n’ose donner de contraventions aux voitures de luxe mal parquées appartenant aux mafieux arabes. Et la police ne reçoit pas les ordres pour prendre les moyens nécessaires au rétablissement de l’ordre.
