Après 4 longues années de procédure, la justice vient de trancher dans l’affaire qui opposait le maire de Mantes-la-Ville (Yvelines) (RN), Cyril Nauth, à l’Association des Musulmans de Mantes-Sud (AMMS).
Le maire de Mantes-la-Ville a été condamné à payer une amende de 3 000 € par le tribunal administratif de Versailles pour avoir refusé à l’association musulmane le permis de construire de la mosquée des Merisiers.
Ce permis devra à présent être délivré sous un mois, sans quoi le maire de Mantes-la-Ville devra s’acquitter d’une amende de 150€ par jour de retard.
