On ne parle plus que de cela depuis 24h dans les médias. Une femme a été agressée sexuellement dans le métro lillois, sans qu’aucun des usagers n’interviennent alors qu’elle appelait au secours. L’agression a duré plusieurs minutes avant que la jeune femme ne trouve de l’aide auprès d’un automobiliste et des agents de sécurité d’un hôpital adjacent. L’auteur des faits, de nationalité marocaine, a été condamné à 18 mois de prison ferme avec mandat de dépôt ainsi qu’à une interdiction de territoire de deux ans. Devant l’attitude de certains témoins pouvant être éventuellement assimilée à de la « non-assistance à personne en danger », le procureur de la République à Lille, Frédéric Fèvre, a souhaité que les faits soient vérifiés et qu’une enquête distincte soit menée pour déterminer si l’infraction est juridiquement constituée.
Toute la France est choquée par les faits mais plus spécialement par l’inaction des témoins. Cependant, la légitime défense est loin d’être favorisé en France surtout qu’en parfois cela se retourne contre vous. Il y a quelques semaines, certains se sont dit choqués par les tournées de sécurisation des Identitaires, les jugeant scandaleuses et inutiles. Ils avaient une belle occasion de leur donner tort mais ils leur ont donné raison. Non seulement, on peut se faire agresser dans le métro mais mieux encore, on peut se faire agresser sans que ces propres concitoyens ne vous viennent en aide. C’est le fait symptomatique d’une société qui ne veut pas voir, qui ne veut pas savoir !
