Le rapport de Transparency International sur la perception de la corruption dans le monde pour l’année 2017 vient d’être publié pour les 180 pays recensés. Notés de 100 à 0 (du moins corrompu au plus corrompu), c’est la Nouvelle-Zélande qui est le pays le plus honnête du monde avec 89 et la Somalie qui est le pire avec 9.
– Indice d’honnêteté supérieur à 80 : Nouvelle-Zélande (89), Danemark (88), Finlande (85), Norvège (85), Suisse (85), Singapour (84), Suède (84), Canada (82), Luxembourg (82), Pays-Bas (82) et Allemagne (81).

Petites comparaisons entre deux pays voisins et de même structure : Corée du Sud = 54 et Corée du Nord = 17 ; Hong Kong = 77 et Chine = 41 ; Colombie = 27 et Venezuela = 18 ; Bhoutan = 67 et Népal = 31… Ce qui tend à prouver que le libéralisme est le plus corrompu des régimes… à part bien sûr les régimes socialistes !
Le petit tableau ci-dessous montre la réparation des pays par tranche de notation et par continent (la Turquie a été rattachée à l’Asie mais l’Arménie, l’Azerbaïdjan et la Géorgie à l’Europe), la Somalie ayant été classé dans la tranche «10 »
