Suite à des révélations de l’Ebdo, Christine Le Crom, procureur de la République de Saint-Malo, a confirmé jeudi soir dans un communiqué qu’une plainte pour « un fait de viol » avait bien été déposée en 2008 contre Nicolas Hulot mais classée sans suite, pour ces actes qui remonteraient à 1997, quand Pascale Mitterrand avait 20 ans.
C’est donc Pascale Mitterrand, petite-fille de François Mitterrand et fille de Gilbert, qui est à l’origine de la plainte déposée en 2008 contre Nicolas Hulot mais « elle n’a jamais souhaité médiatiser » l’affaire révélée par la presse, a-t-elle affirmé vendredi dans un communiqué transmis par son avocat.
« Le nom de Madame Pascale Mitterrand a été associé contre son consentement à une tempête médiatique visant Monsieur Nicolas Hulot. Elle-même et sa famille ne cautionnent en aucune manière la publicité » donnée à cette affaire, écrit-elle dans ce communiqué transmis par Me Michel Dufranc, bâtonnier du barreau de Bordeaux et avocat de la famille.
« Elle n’est en aucune manière à l’initiative des révélations qui sont à l’origine de la médiatisation actuelle » de cette affaire révélée par l’Ebdo, qui n’avait pas dévoilé son identité, ce qu’a toutefois fait dès jeudi soir Le Parisien sur son site Internet.
« Elle a dit dès le départ aux journalistes de l’Ebdo qu’elle ne souhaitait pas cette médiatisation, mais elle n’avait aucun pouvoir de s’y opposer« , a expliqué Me Dufranc. Elle souligne d’ailleurs dans son communiqué que depuis le dépôt de sa plainte en 2008, elle n’a « sous aucune forme, réactivé celle-ci, ni auprès de son protagoniste, ni auprès de quiconque. »
Nicolas Hulot, ministre de la Transition écologique, a démenti ces rumeurs « ignominieuses » de harcèlement sexuel le visant révélées en Une de l’Ebdo et le Premier ministre, Edouard Philippe, l’a assuré de son « soutien ».
