L’alliance Pro Vita avait monté un camion avec des panneaux remerciant Jean-Paul II dans sa lutte contre l’avortement et pour sa famille. C’étaient des valeurs pour lesquelles luttait le cardinal Caffara qui se trouvait remercié sur une des affiches.
Ce camion a été arrêté par la police. Toni Grandi qui dirige Pro Vita est allé demander pourquoi le camion avait été arrêté. Il lui a été répondu que le cardinal Caffara n’était pas en accord avec le pape François. De fait le cardinal était un des signataires des dubia, des doutes sur l’exhortation Amoris Laetitia. Dubia auquels le pape n’a toujours pas répondu. Mais fallait-il renier les enseignements de Jean-Paul II ? Pouvait-on en déduire que le pape actuel était contre la famille ? Et la démocratie là-dedans ?
Ces arguments ont persuadé la police qui a libéré le camion au bout de deux heures.
