Les autorités afghanes annoncent «au moins 21 personnes tuées» et «soixante-dix blessées» dans un double attentat – déjà revendiqué par les Talibans – qui a visé ce mardi des annexes du Parlement afghan à Kaboul.

Une première explosion d’un kamikaze à pied, suivie par une seconde explosion d’une voiture piégée.

Le kamikaze s’est approché des employés qui quittaient leur bureau et a déclenché sa charge au milieu de la foule, tuant et blessant de nombreuses personnes.

Quelques instants après, une voiture suspecte garée de l’autre côté de la rue, face au Parlement, explosait à son tour, faisant là encore beaucoup de victimes.
