Le resto-brasserie parisien « Au Doux Raisin », bien connu des milieux de la droite nationale, mérite ces jours-ci une attention inattendue des médias en raison de sa carte des vins.
Il propose en effet une cuvée de Beaujolais dont le nom est inhabituel : « Le Béret, quenelle viticole ». L’étiquette est illustrée d’un Français portant béret et en position quenelle, ce geste popularisé par l’humoriste Dieudonné.
2.000 bouteilles de cette « quenelle viticole » auraient été commandées à un viticulteur du Rhône par la société Sanguis Terrae qui gère le « Doux Raisin ».
Le site internet Sanguisterrae.fr propose d’ailleurs la caisse de six bouteilles en vente par correspondance au prix de 40,13 euros la caisse.
