Robert Rochefort, vice-président du Modem et député européen, a été interpellé mercredi. Ce politicien se masturbait à proximité d’enfants dans un magasin de bricolage à Vélizy, dans les Yvelines.
Le vice-président du Modem a été surpris par un client alors qu’il se masturbait en regardant deux enfants. Selon les premiers élements de l’enquête, les enfants ne se seraient heureusement pas aperçus des activités perverses de l’eurodéputé Robert Rochefort.
Robert Rochefort a été rapidement interpellé par la police et a reconnu les faits lors de sa garde à vue.
Robert Rochefort a expliqué son acte pervers en déclarant aux policiers avoir « besoin de se masturber » lorsqu’il est « en situation de stress » !
Un responsable politique devrait se montrer exemplaire. Et être puni en conséquence lorsqu’il commet un acte pervers avec la circonstance aggravante qu’il s’est fait en présence d’enfants.
Mais la République a déjà annoncé qu’il évitera un procès public et fera simplement l’objet d’une procédure de composition pénale (mesure alternative à des poursuites). Soit une simple amende et, dans le pire des cas, une injonction d’un suivi psychiatrique.
