Né en 1977, Patrick Klugman est ancien président de l’Union des étudiants juifs de France (UEJF).
Proche de Bertrand Delanoë, Patrick Klugman est membre du PS et siège au Conseil de Paris. Il a été élu dans le 17e arrondissement.
Vice-président de SOS Racisme, Patrick Klugman est également membre coopté du Comité Directeur du Conseil représentatif des institutions juives de France (CRIF).
Me Patrick Klugman est fréquemment l’invité des médias. Entre 2004 et 2008, il était très régulièrement présent dans l’émission de Samuel Etienne sur i-Télé. Depuis, il est un invité incontournable de Jean-Marc Morandini sur Europe 1.
