Damas – La Présidence de la République arabe syrienne a réaffirmé que la Syrie et la Russie sont toujours engagées de façon conjointe dans la lutte contre le terrorisme en Syrie.
Un communiqué diffusé sur le compte Facebook officiel de la Présidence de la République syrienne dément les rumeurs véhiculées par certains médias qui laissent entendre que la réduction des forces militaires russes en Syrie serait liée à un désaccord entre le président Bachar el-Assad et le président russe Vladimir Poutine.
Le communiqué de la Présidence syrienne souligne qu’il n’y a aucune renonciation de la Russie à lutter contre le terrorisme en Syrie.
La Présidence de la République syrienne affirme que la décision russe a été prise en coordination totale avec le Président Bachar el-Assad.
