Le Sénat néerlandais a franchi une nouvelle étape dans la théorie du genre avec le vote le mercredi 18 décembre d’une nouvelle loi qui permet le changement d’état civil de façon à ce qu’un homme puisse se faire enregistrer femme et inversement. Désormais les « transgenres » peuvent obtenir des papiers ne tenant plus compte de leur réalité anatomique mais simplement de leur déclaration.
Cette loi a été adoptée par les sénateurs à 51 voix contre 24. La loi doit encore être ratifiée et devrait entrer en vigueur en juillet 2014.
Désormais toute personne âgée de plus de 16 ans pourra faire une telle demande. Celle-ci devra cependant être complétée par la déclaration d’un expert attestant de « la conviction permanente de la personne d’appartenir à un autre genre ».
Cette nécessité de faire appel à un expert est contestée par le lobby homosexuel et transsexuel qui revendique « le droit à déterminer seul son identité sexuelle ».
Le lobby homosexuel et transsexuel veut également obtenir la suppression d’un âge minimum pour pouvoir procéder à un tel changement d’état civil !
