Le Conseil mexicain de la famille a lancé une campagne pour une réforme de l’article 4 de la constitution. La proposition du Conseil mexicain de la famille demande de protéger plus explicitement le mariage et la famille naturelle, c’est-à-dire, l’union de l’homme et de la femme.
Les organisateurs d’une pareille proposition veulent abolir la pensée moderne sur l’égalité des sexes, et armer le Mexique d’un blindage contre cette idéologie. Ils expliquent en effet que : « cette idéologie est un ensemble d’idées privées de sustentation objective, et sans aucun soutien scientifique, et nous constatons qu’elles n’ont aucun ordre naturel ou divin ».
Pour faire passer cette proposition, ils ont besoin de recueillir un peu plus de 110.000 signatures.
Jusqu’à présent, le gouvernement avait favorisé des lois contre nature telles que la légalisation de l’union homosexuelle, l’adoption des enfants par des couples homosexuels, l’avortement et la fécondation in-vitro. Cela a été une catastrophe pour la société mexicaine qui, d’emblée, s’est vue menacée par son propre système politique.
Aujourd’hui, au Mexique, les habitants du pays commencent à se réveiller. Selon Eduardo Quiroz, professeur catholique, entrepreneur et écrivain, affirme que « nous devons être un exemple d’ordre. Lorsque le gouvernement ne fait pas ce qui nécessaire ou juste pour qu’il y ait une harmonie sociale, la population doit être un exemple de changement et doit chercher d’autres alternatives afin d’établir un véritable ordre naturel, et ainsi, faciliter la tâche de ceux qui nous gouvernent ».
