C’est au début du mois de mai dernier que l’eurodéputé Kristiina Ojuland, ex-ministre estonienne des Affaires étrangères, avait affirmer sur son blog que « La race blanche est en danger ».
Kristiina Ojuland estimait que l’immigration massive actuelle représente une « menace raciale » .
L’eurodéputé estonien faisait référence à l’injonction de la Commission européenne faite aux Etats-membres de l’Union Européenne d’accueillir les flots de réfugiés africains qui arrivent en masse via la Méditerranée.
Quelques mois ont passé mais la polémique persiste et Kristiina Ojuland continue d’être interrogée sur ce qu’elle a écrit. « Je suis estampillée raciste parce que je parle honnêtement de ce que je crains« , a-t-elle répondu ces jours-ci aux journalistes qui revenaient sur le sujet.
Bien consciente que de tels propos peuvent mettre sa carrière politique en péril, elle n’en a cure, et explique posément qu’elle n’a nul besoin d’apparaître tous les jours à la télévision ou dans la presse. Ce qui la pousse à continuer la politique dans ces conditions ? « J’aime l’Estonie et j’ai l’intention de protéger l’Estonie« , répond-elle.
Rappelons qu’un personnage politique français très controversé mais encore très adulé par le système a tenu des propos pas si éloignés.
