Civitas, qui avait organisé la mobilisation contre l’exposition de la photographie blasphématoire Piss Christ à Avignon, a diffusé un communiqué de soutien à la manifestation organisée à Ajaccio ce 6 septembre :
Au nom de Civitas, j’appelle tous nos amis et sympathisants de Corse à se joindre à la manifestation de ce samedi 6 septembre à Ajaccio pour exiger le retrait de l’ignoble Piss Christ du Musée Fesch.
Les catholiques doivent faire entendre leur voix avec vigueur ! Ce scandale n’a que trop duré. Jamais le Musée Fesch n’accueillerait une soi-disant œuvre d’art contemporain qui injurie le judaïsme ou l’islam.
Debout les Corses !
