Loin des intrigues farfelues et des effets techniques lassants auxquels nous ont habitués les blockbusters américains, ce film respire la paisible France des années 60.
Humour, candeur et réparties sont au rendez-vous pour un moment aussi rafraîchissant que distrayant en compagnie du petit Nicolas et de ses parents et ami(e)s.
Il s’agit d’une excellente mise en scène de l’œuvre de Goscinny et Sempé.
Un film qui résonne comme un hommage à cette France où, bien que partagés sur différents sujets, les Français étaient encore soudés en une Communauté Nationale unie.
En somme, le quotidien d’une famille normale il y a cinquante ans. Intéressant ne serait-ce que pour analyser l’évolution de la société… Bref tout public !
Enfin un film visible au cinéma par toute la famille ! Ça tombe bien… c’est les vacances !
