Stéphanie Bignon, experte en engins et bâtiments sous-marins, est par ailleurs présidente de Terre et Famille, agricultrice, embre du Conseil Scientifique de Civitas, et était jusqu’il y a quelques semaines adjointe au maire de sa commune.
Elle interviendra lors de la deuxième université d’été du Pays Réel, du vendredi 16 au dimanche 18 août, près de Poitiers. Stéphanie Bignon décrira notamment l’état des communes au seuil des élections municipales de mars 2020 (la situation des grandes, moyennes et petites communes, leurs dislocation par le pouvoir central et par les partis maçonniques, la dépossession de compétences par les communautés de communes et intercommunalités) et proposera une stratégie de reconquête.
