Dans l’énième affaire Tapie, le titanesque contentieux avec le Crédit Lyonnais, le tribunal correctionnel de Paris a relaxé mardi 9 juillet, en son absence, Bernard Tapie. L’homme d’affaires, qui ne retournera donc pas en prison, était jugé au printemps pour « escroquerie » dans l’affaire de l’arbitrage controversé, qui en 2008, avait permis aux époux Tapie de toucher plus de 400 millions d’euros, dont 45 millions nets d’impôt au titre d’un supposé « préjudice moral » avant d’être annulé pour « fraude ».
Le parquet avait pourtant requis de lourdes peines à l’encontre de cinq des six prévenus – notamment 5 ans de prison ferme pour M. Tapie, 3 ans dont 18 mois avec sursis, 100 000€ d’amende et cinq ans d’interdiction de fonction publique pour Stéphane Richard, actuel PDG d’Orange. Mais le tribunal, présidé par Christine Mée, n’a retenu ni l’escroquerie, ni le détournement de fonds publics, dont l’existence fut pourtant soutenue par deux procureurs, au cours d’un réquisitoire très long mais insuffisamment étayé. Le parquet dispose de dix jours pour faire appel.
Bernard Tapie et son épouse doivent cependant rembourser les 403 millions d’euros à l’État indûment perçus en réparation d’un préjudice jugé inexistant lors de l’arbitrage et qui a donc été annulé au civil pour « fraude ». Le ministre de la Justice Nicole Belloubet a déclaré mercredi 10 juillet que tous les moyens seront mis « en œuvre » pour récupérer cet argent.
Tapie c’est l’éternel responsable mais pas coupable… Les réseaux socialistes, devenus macroniens, fonctionnent à plein pot.
