Le chanteur canadien Justin Bieber, star pour adolescentes, fait partie de ces vedettes de la presse people dont chaque geste est pris en photo par une horde de paparazzis. Âgé d’à peine vingt ans, il a connu la célébrité dès ses quatorze ans, avec toutes les mauvaises conséquences que cela peut entraîner : trop d’ego, d’argent, de filles, d’alcool, de drogue et d’immaturité. Mais ce genre de cocktail offre précisément les images déjantées qu’affectionnent les médias people.
Par contre, le chanteur vient d’apprendre à ses dépens que les moindres images prises quand on a quinze ans peuvent désormais resurgir hors de leur contexte avec un effet destructeur décuplé par les réseaux sociaux.
Il y a quelques jours, une vieille vidéo a largement circulé, montrant un Justin Bieber de quinze ans parodiant une chanson en utilisant le mot niger (nègre). Malgré les excuses du chanteur, c’est maintenant une autre vidéo, également ancienne, qui montre un Justin Bieber s’amusant à proclamer ses sympathies pour le Ku Klux Klan.
Pour se rattraper et contrecarrer les critiques, on lui conseille de twitter sa sympathie pour Conchita Wurtst…
