L’absurde décision gouvernementale de placer les militaires de l’opération Sentinelle dans le dispositif mobilisé pour faire face aux Gilets Jaunes a suscité beaucoup de mécontentement au sein de l’armée. Sous couvert d’anonymat, plusieurs militaires ont expliqué aux journalistes que leur mission est de défendre la France, pas de lutter contre des Français.
Au mécontentement s’ajoute la crainte d’être acculé à ouvrir le feu. Les propos du gouverneur militaire de Paris à ce sujet, vendredi à la radio, ont été particulièrement inquiétants.
