A Flins-sur-Seine, les gérants des enseignes de la zone commerciale des Mériels, le long de l’A13, ont découvert lundi matin près de 250 caravanes installées depuis dimanche soir au milieu des magasins.
Les avis des commerçants vont tous dans le même sens :
«Ce camp va effrayer les clients car les parkings sont encerclés.»
« Toutes ces caravanes….ça ne donne pas envie de venir chez nous.»
La mairie a porté plainte et réclamé l’expulsion de ces « gens du voyage » puisqu’il s’agit d’une installation massive illégale sur un domaine privé. Mais les intrus ne sont pas inquiets. Ils ont l’habitude de s’imposer. Cette fois, ils ont prévu de s’installer sur cet espace entre 15 jours et trois semaines. Et ils ne croient pas un seul instant que la police viendra les déloger.
« On assiste à un jeu de dupes. La préfecture change les règles. Elle a poussé la communauté de commune à réaliser une aire d’accueil en nous disant qu’en cas d’installation sauvage les caravanes seraient rapidement expulsées. Ce genre d’équipement a été aménagé mais aujourd’hui on nous dit que la législation n’est plus la même à la suite de la récente création de la communauté urbaine.», se désole le maire Pascal Chavigny (DVD).
