Les autorités du village chrétien de Mangesh – situé au Nord de Mossoul (Irak) et menacé par l’État Islamique – sont en France du 26 mai au 2 juin 2016. Madame Sabeeha Solaqa, édile du village, est la première femme à avoir été élue au poste de maire en Irak. Le père Yoshia (Chaldéen), qui l’accompagne, est le curé du village et se bat depuis deux ans en France et à l’international pour assurer un avenir aux chrétiens d’Irak. Tous deux donnent un cycle de conférences exceptionnelles en France. Après Toulouse, Montauban et Bordeaux, ils seront à Paris mercredi prochain !
