« La guerre au Rwanda, 25 ans après »

Le Colonel Jacques Hogard, commandant du Groupement de Légion Étrangère lors de l’opération Turquoise en 1994, nous aidera à vraiment comprendre la guerre au Rwanda et le rôle de l’armée française dans ce conflit.
Ancien parachutiste de la Légion Étrangère, officier de la Légion d’honneur et officier national de l’Ordre du Mérite, notre conférencier est aussi l’auteur de :
